Well, this was a great game. I experienced this last year when they did an update it took a month before they corrected the update to where I was able to play it. Once again they’ve done an update two weeks later I’m still unable to play. I’ve contacted both the online developers and the company themselves. and I got the courtesy email telling me that there were the problem and they’re working on it and as I stated two weeks later and I’m still unable to access the game I’ll check back in a month and we’ll see what we stand for those you were able to play it ,enjoy for those who can’t like myself what a waste. As of Jan 21, 2026, “Customer Support “ email me requesting that I contact them and describe my problem. I have sent emails and messages to their website and links. How many customer service sections are there??! I guess if purchased the game and continue to purchase options instead of playing the free version, might get better service instead of BS (bad service) 🤣 Update: as of May 3, 2026. This company has refused to provide any further assistance. Because i am playing the free version, the company after its Jan 2026 update which is denying its free version playable forcing players to purchase the non free version. I am done. Good luck to all who believe in the tooth fairy because like the tooth fairy, customer service doesn’t exist.
