Calamari helps teams manage time off, attendance, remote work, and employee information in one secure mobile app. Employees can request leave, check balances, track hours, clock in from Apple Watch, and view team calendars. Time tracking supports projects, tasks, geofencing, iBeacon, QR codes, NFC kiosks, widgets, lock screen controls, and Dynamic Island access.

Managers can approve requests, monitor attendance, manage employee documents, and stay informed about birthdays, anniversaries, notifications, and team details. Calamari supports SSO with Microsoft 365 and Google, encrypted data, GDPR compliance, dark and light modes, and 17 languages. A Calamari account is required, with advanced configuration, reporting, and performance reviews available through the web app.
