User Reviews

Reviews are mixed: some users note faster loading and smoother performance after updates, but the app is plagued by crashes, long load times, random logouts, and poor job discovery. Key recurring issues are reliability and performance (crashes, freezes, lag), plus filtering limitations and costly fees. Overall, improvements exist but persistent stability and discovery problems dominate user sentiment.
Pros
  • Significantly faster loading times and improved responsiveness after updates.
  • App feels smoother, more stable, and more reliable when it’s running.
  • Works as intended and remains usable when kept logged in (session stability).
Cons
  • Frequent crashes, freezes, and force closes (including at startup and during use).
  • Very slow loading and lag when loading job listings, often requiring manual refresh.
  • Unreliable sessions with random logouts and missed/late notifications.
  • Inadequate job discovery and filtering (inability to set radius; limited visibility of relevant jobs).
  • High vendor fees and perceived poor value for agencies.

When you receive a notification, and tap on it, it does not take you to the job you were just notified on. You have to go to the available jobs and look for the job that you’re just notified about. That needs a lot of work.

App is fine. It works as I’m sure it’s intended to. Main gripes are as follows: 1: Can’t see jobs that are full 2: Clicking on a notification doesn’t take you directly to the job, just the main screen 3:It takes forever to load, and even when it does load, you have to pull down to make it reload about half the time before you can see anything

I’ve noticed a major improvement in the OfficerTrak app recently. The loading times are significantly faster and much more responsive than before, which makes a huge difference when trying to snag shifts on the go. One of the biggest improvements is that minimizing the app no longer crashes the session — I can switch between apps and come back without having to reload everything. Overall, the performance upgrade is very noticeable. The app feels smoother, more stable, and much more reliable in real-world use. Great job to the team for listening to feedback and making meaningful improvements.
