Bloom shows promise with a clean UI and strong invoicing/CRM direction, especially for mobile invoicing and client intake. However, users report instability (crashes after updates), significant mobile gaps and desktop/mobile parity issues (no notifications, data sync problems, limited features). Essential CRM/accounting features are missing, and customer support is not reliably responsive. To be viable for professionals, Bloom needs stability improvements, better mobile parity, deeper CRM/Accounting capabilities, and more responsive support.

Overall, I do enjoy this app as I begin this freelance journey I would struggle with what system to use. I’ve seen an meta ad by Jamie, Chris and another freelancer. I trust their theory’s and also the work they have cultivated with that I tried Bloom and I’ve have been able to boost my client intake properly. For the first time I’ve reached my monthly goal.

The app isn’t acting like an app. It is not formatted for mobile so I’m constantly having to scroll left and right instead of it being a vertical mobile interface.
