Users praise CashPro for ease of use and mobile access, especially the mobile token. However, recurring issues harm reliability: forced push notifications, unstable deposits, a complex login/token flow, jailbroken-device false positives, and overall instability. Key fixes needed include notification handling, deposit reliability, login/token stability, jailbreak detection, and performance improvements.

Cons

Persistent push notification prompts that force enabling notifications for the mobile token and cannot be disabled.
Unreliable mobile check deposits: poor image capture, read errors, and money order recognition failures.
Cumbersome and error-prone login/token workflow: need a physical token, credential mismatches between desktop/mobile, lockouts, and biometric issues (e.g., Face ID after update).
Frequent false jailbroken-device detection blocks access.
Buggy, slow performance and frequent crashes, plus chat/support errors.

Recent reviews

CashPro is out performed by Wells Fargo. We have been B of A customers since 1990. And only a few banks can do what B of A can do. But that’s not true of CashPro, which acts 100% to protect the bank and not the customer.
