Search function hasn’t worked for weeks, can’t see titles of books I already have checked out… have used for years with little to no problems but now it’s basically unusable at the moment

This has been a convenient app for placing holds and renewing items. Recently though, my list of checked out items began displaying only the item number, format, and author—no title—and the “view item“ links only yield an “item unavailable” message. This makes it difficult to tell which item is which when something needs to be returned. Another thing on my wish list is for more comprehensive item summaries. Some items do not contain them at all. My library system is wonderful. I wish they would allocate resources to upgrading the app rather than proactively writing off library fines for us patrons. I’d much rather pay any fines owed and have that money go towards things like the app.
