App and customer service are awful! Avoid this company!

Unfortunately if you are seeing this review, you’ve most likely already gotten tricked into their tomfoolery of a security system . God says not to judge but if I’m being honestly here, I trust cans on a string more than this company . Lots of hidden fees, lots of malfunctioning products & lots of broken equipment that after so long they don’t replace/fix it unless you’re trying to come 200$ ATLEAST out of pocket . Maybe if the equipment didn’t break/not work half of the time -so often btw -that fix it amount, would be worth it. All that brings me to peace is that the owner of this company will have to face the Lord Almighty one day for the schemes he pulled on hard working families. *mic drop*
