MediCheck has thus far proven to be a very helpful and effective app. The opportunity to be able to contact specialists is important, as the Swedish public healthcare sector falls short in this regard. MediCheck has made it posible for me to receive the proper treatment and service that I need. The app in itself is easy to use, and I very much enjoy the option of being able to upload my own files for specific meetings. One thing I believe could be worth mentioning is the fact that, when you’re in a video call and minimize the screen to open another app, you can’t get back to the video call. You can still communicate with your doctor, but you can’t see them. I’m not sure if this is the design by nature or if it’s just myself that doesn’t understand. Otherwise, a very useful and necessary app.
