I was chatting in replies everything was going fine then all of a sudden it asked if I was over or under 18 and gave two options to click on. I accidentally hit the wrong one so it locked me out obviously because it thinks I’m a minor. This is really frustrating because I’m 53 years old and there is no clear way to fix this issue . I have emailed them no response and I have tried the help options none of which are helpful for my situation. I even sent my passport and drivers license and a selfie in an email yet there is no response . It’s very frustrating because I paid and they had no problem immediately taking my money yet they don’t respond to my emails requesting help fixing the issue . So I’m out the money and the app. I’d give ZERO stars if that was an option or even negative stars!
