WW Tracker Scale by Conair is the companion app for the WW smart bathroom scales. It tracks weight, body fat percentage, body water percentage, muscle mass, bone mass, and BMI. See everything at a glance on the dashboard or dive into graphs and charts for deeper insights. The scale supports up to 9 users and can automatically sync your measurements to the WW app or export data to Apple Health to share with other fitness apps.

Getting started is simple: open the app, Connect to Scale, step on, and your data syncs instantly. Review trends by day, week, month, or year. If you upgrade to iOS 13 and lose access to historical data, you can export readings from the Dashboard (Readings screen) to a spreadsheet before upgrading to preserve your history while the issue is resolved.

User Reviews

Most reviews complain the physical scale works and provides weight readings, but the accompanying app is repeatedly unreliable. The top issues are onboarding/login crashes, Bluetooth pairing/sync failures with the scale and WW app, data loss or corrupted history, frequent bugs and errors, and weak support. Collectively, the app undermines the scale’s usefulness for long-term tracking even though the hardware itself is perceived as solid.

Pros

The hardware scale seems to work reliably and provides accurate weight readings.
The scale displays metrics directly on the device.
When the app works, it supports Bluetooth-based weight tracking and long-term progress monitoring.

Cons

Onboarding and account setup are blocked by persistent login/registration problems (blank/white/blue screens).
Bluetooth pairing and syncing between the scale and the app (and with Weight Watchers) frequently fail or don’t work.
Users report data loss or missing history after issues, with years of tracking disappearing or not exporting correctly.
App stability is poor with frequent errors and crashes (connection errors, image save errors, etc.).
Support and remediation feel lacking, with some users describing scams or unhelpful responses.

It said my last name isn’t valid

The scale syncs with its own app but not Apple health. It advertises on the box it syncs with the health app. Everything is up today and all permissions on. It does not sync.
