2025-12-09	D *****	Not an easy app to use and navigate. When using the app the playback is horrible and the controls are not user friendly. Even worse than the computer app which isn’t that easy to work. Its not worth the money or head ache and considering the headache I had with this system at my work, I went with something entirely different at home which works way better and is no where not as expensive. Swan, get it together. Ps. Anyone who says this an easy app or is the greatest is full of it or is working for Swann or knows someone who is.
