On application you can not enter consultation type beacuse its unvisible even after re instalation of same.

Service mostly assigned for seafarers requre to receive sms code to enter apps or web page.But how to receive sms while at sea?Apps designed only for info, if you need to upload new claims you need to re-enter via web page with new sms code again.It is very unconvenient for users. Add 1 year later: I waste almost 1 hour to enter in app but all efforts are unsuccessful.Suppose app do not working anymore. Add 2 year later: One of the worst apps ever meet.No support,no logical.Option “On board” doesn’t work.SMS verification received with delay.After few attemps to enter i have warning message: you have hit the limit on the number of verification attempt.If you have a choise,use another insurance provider .
