Users like having all their data in one place and reminders, but the app is hampered by recurring issues: scale connectivity, frequent re-authentication, weak analytics and charts, an uncustomizable avatar, and accessibility/readability problems. Pros

Scale connectivity issues: scales often fail to connect or register weigh-ins.
Frequent re-authentication/login prompts; credentials forgotten or requiring password manager workarounds.

3-D avatar customization is limited and the default avatar is off-putting (hard to change appearance or hide).

Recent reviews

Every time after I weigh myself, I try to look at the results on the app. Always freezes for about 10 seconds or so if I want to scroll down, if I want to hit the back button, if I want to do anything. What it does is constantly I pulls data from the scale, but it doesn’t show you any kind of hourglass or beach ball displaying that’s it’s in the middle of data collection. It just freezes and the screen is not cooperative at all. It’s terrible. There is also a deficiency between the app and the scale itself. The app will say it’s done measuring all the categories but then the scale says wait and it goes on for about another 45 seconds or so.

Difficult to read white print on aqua background or conversely. Black and white would offer more contrast. Seems to hang on checking heart rate. Dismiss the app and try again seems to work, but one shouldn’t have to do that.
