User Reviews

Users commonly praise the lululemon Studio for its product quality and home-gym convenience, plus a large workout library and Peloton-class options. However, recurring issues include unstable connectivity (mirror, Apple Watch, Bluetooth), persistent login and stability problems (logouts, crashes, updates), and a perceived drop in content variety since the Peloton merger. Overall sentiment is mixed: strong core fitness content and integration, but reliability and ongoing support need improvement.
Pros
  • Great product with quality workouts that many users praise
  • Large/varied library of guided workouts and classes
  • Strong home-gym setup via the Mirror and app integration
  • Peloton collaboration expands class options and content variety
  • Apple Watch heart-rate tracking available when connected
Cons
  • Frequent connectivity issues across devices (mirror, Apple Watch, Bluetooth) leading to drops and interruptions
  • Repeated login problems (automatic logouts, password resets, being asked to sign in repeatedly)
  • App stability problems (crashes, freezing, long load/update loops)
  • Content and live-class availability declined after Peloton merger, with reduced class variety
  • Customer support responsiveness and in-app troubleshooting reportedly lacking
Recent reviews
I recently updated the app and since I did, my phone and watch lose connectivity which impacts heart rate and output tracking. When I try to reconnect, it restarts the workout. The product and many of the workouts are great. Instructors could do a better job describing movements during stretching and yoga exercises so users don’t have to stop and look at the screen to follow along.

They fired all the good trainers. Removed the running and fat loss programs plus the mirror and app freeze up multiple times during a workout! It was really great 2 years ago and now I literally want to toss it all into the nearest dumpster and set it on fire! I literally don’t know why I am paying them $35 a month for a poorly maintained appliance, poorly recorded Peloton workouts and horrid app!

I love everything about lululemon studio, and especially the expanded classes with Peloton. But the app needs work! It constantly drops the connection to my Apple Watch (making tracking progress challenging) and sometimes freezes or has a severe delay connecting to the mirror. Developers, please squash the bugs more regularly. We need the awesomeness of all the trainers!
