Push notifications often don’t arrive or clear, causing missed loads and messages. Updates bring slow performance, persistent tracking, and occasional crashes on newer iPhones/iOS 17. The loads and messages UI is cluttered and hard to read, with missing critical details and out-of-order messages. Platform Science/Transflo integration is inconsistent, leading to data sync issues across systems. Some users find the app usable and it keeps them running, but overall reliability is inconsistent and the UX needs a major refresh.

Communication between drivers a dispatchers sucks very poorly

For one notifications constantly that are not there for two you tap on chat and it doesn’t wanna open you tap on anything sometimes it doesn’t wanna open. You have to uninstall reinstall just to get it to work again. I’ve complained about this problem through the company itself
