I don’t have their grating attachment, so I just used a DVD. I was able to more or less calibrate a spectrum of a compact fluorescent bulb and take some spectra. I took a spectrum of a candle previous dipped in salt water and a spectrum of a streetlight — the emission from sodium was very obvious in both. I was able to save and export the spectra. Too bad I can’t paste images in this review. Is support still being offered for this app? Similar to another user, the app crashes on my phone when trying to export the files.

Without being able to calibrate, this app is functionally useless
