I received an email notification saying that I had a package that was coming. I went to logon to the app and come to find out the driver never called me. I’ve never had issues with yodel, but it is getting bad. I’ve always gotten a phone call. That is why I put my phone number on to be called. When packages are to be delivered and now this is the fourth package that I’m not getting due to the driver, not calling.

Worst tracking app I’ve ever used. Demands your photo number and won’t even allow you to track as a guest or log out until you give them your phone number.
