It’s pretty random whether login will work or not. I won’t be able to login on app but can login on website. Linked account for my kid won’t let me use parent license as an identifier even though that’s an option. It’s such an awful app at this point

Cannot even login. I made an account and it says the password is incorrect. Hot “ forgot password “ and it brings you to a generic dec website and when you search for how to reset the password it tells you to do what you just did. Just a loop of garbage
