Recent reviews

I’m in store trying to process a return but can’t access my receipt because that part of the app keep crashing!!! Every other option in the app seems to be working just fine EXCEPT for the “Purchase History”. I have tried to launch that section on multiple Apple devices. I hope I’m NOT penalized for failing to meet the 30 day retai return deadline. What exactly is going on with the app?! It’s always something with this Gabe’s app. Please advise!!!
