UpCall helps you identify unknown numbers from Turkcell in real time. If the caller has allowed their name to be shared, you’ll see who’s calling while your phone rings. You can also query Turkcell numbers by name, search for unfamiliar numbers, view locations on a map, and even route to a number you don’t know.

The app lets you personalize calls with photos, stickers, and notes, enable Do Not Disturb, customize the operator name, and choose a tone for callers. All calls can be viewed on one screen, with some features requiring a Turkcell subscription and network support.
