And useless. Can’t even access it

They asked me to verify my identity on KUWAIT ID application and when I do they ask me to register with my Civil ID but it keeps showing “Invalid Civil ID” — How come? If my civil ID was invalid how could I have gotten the verification notification on the first place? Horrible application.
