Progress can be wiped after updates due to a new login/account requirement, with little or no way to recover existing progress.
Changing sign-in method (no longer Apple ID) can lock players out and erase saved purchases, causing loss of access to prior progress.
Energy system gating makes playing slow and costly, limiting how much you can play in a session.
End-game progression is very grindy, with slow unlocks and low drop rates for statues/rare characters.

it’s now asking me to sign in or start a new game. I tried both emails it could possibly be, and it said user not found for both of them. Is this fixable?
