2026-02-23	J *****	This app is simple in its function. Most of the time I’m not really trying to do much other than access minor things like my number or residuals portal. Most large questions I go to the actual site. However, do the past few months I cannot login to the app as it says it doesn’t recognize my username/password. I have to resort to using the actual website. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, I’ve changed my password, I’ve cleared my data, but nothing I do will allow me to enter the app anymore. It is now just a waste of space on my phone. Idk what to do, but some serious bug issues need to be worked out with it for it to be functional.
