I have tried logging in on android and Apple and I can’t see the transaction history.

It’s an ok card when you don’t have a bank account and the early access feature is amazing. The customer service is sub par. They act like when you call, that it’s affecting them directly. Most customer service reps are really rude, and do nothing to help. When you call and ask for help they have no interest and miserable.

I can count over a dozen times you have done this to me but each time it’s only a couple bucks so I let it slide. Now it’s adding up and is starting to PISS ME OFF. I just tried ordering something online, got a msg from the bank asking if it was me. It was so I clicked YES. Got another msg saying my transaction didn’t go through so I had to make my purchase again, so I did. Attempted a total of TWO (2) times. Now I have FOUR (4) $2.00 payments taken out of my account for a “failed purchase”. Taken DIRECTLY FROM THIS BANK. AND THIS HAS HAPPENED NUMEROUS OF TIMES. FIRST OF ALL, I shouldn’t be getting charged for that in the first place if nothing went through, SECOND OF ALL you are all scammers saying I attempted the purchase 4 times when I only ATTEMPTED twice and NONE OF IT EVEN WENT THROUGH so there should be NO CHARGE. NOT TO MENTION THE FACT YOU GUYS CHARGE ME A DOLLAR EVERY TIME I USE THE CARD. You have also taken 50 dollars from my account TWICE for a total of $100.00 from Meijer, a store I go to allll the time and you guys have never done this before! Was told it was a hold by the bank and the bank will restore my money in 24 hours. I never got any +$50.00 added to my account alerts or my account! Which i should have gotten 2 so far.. 2 $50.00 (bank holds) should have been restored! As soon as there’s an opening at my local Social Security office I will be reporting this before I close my account! Stealing money from disabled, tax paying American’s is a CRIME. And NONE of this was disclosed to me before opening an account here or else I NEVER WOULD HAVE OPENED ONE. Like I said, I’m keeping my account open for the sole purpose of, whoever is doing this, can keep doing it so you can dig yourself a deeper hole. I know my local social security office would love to hear about this being as you advertise directly to people who receive disability and VA benefits and are preying on us. I will be receiving every penny back that you owe me. And if you’ve done this to anyone else in my shoes then you will be paying them back as well. And if not, then I don’t mind putting a portion of my tax return into my attorneys pocket just to make sure you never do this to another low income disabled family, ever again. I will keep posting this until you let my review show up on all the other reviews that are SUPPOSED TO BE PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE. Why is mine not going through? This should all be public knowledge!
