Still the best. Clearly designed for creatives; nothing feels like it's helping you instead of getting in your way quite like Painter. It rides a sweet spot for illustrators while still providing nuanced design capacity that has had me coming back for I think around five years now.

Sometimes some people just need a medium amount of a drawing tool. For a non-pro & doesn’t have a huge learning curve. It’s there when you need it, and doesn’t eat your wallet.

I have recently gotten back into using Infinite Painter in my explorative workflow, and the more I use it, the more I find features that I wish existed in other digital painting/design apps. The array of tools available as well as a relatively simplified interface offer exactly what I am looking for in a digital painting app. It could use an update as some features can be a bit buggy when the layer stack gets bigger. All in all, this is a sleeper, and I hope its support continues. It'd be a worthy competitor if there was a desktop version - just saying... 😉
