Recently. I’ve been playing this game for probably close to a decade and have loved it. It’s fun and a great way to unwind. But for the past 3 weeks, every time I try to play, it freezes my entire phone and when it finally unfreezes, I have to force close the app and any progress I’ve made(if any) is lost. Despite numerous back and forth with customer service and doing everything I’ve been told to, all I end up with is free gems and no fix. They said it’s a known issue but obviously it hasn’t been dealt with yet. May be time to move on.
