I can’t seem to access the other emojis that are offered in this app such as the corgis.

At first I payed to get lemons to unlock stickers. I was selective and only picked 3 packs at the time and have remaining lemons when I upgraded/changed my phone. I was not able to retrieve remaining lemons and even my unlocked sticker sets. I reached out to support & i was told lemons cant be recovered but purchased sets are. I payed again and unlocked everything and after another phone upgrade everything is locked. I tried to Recover Purchase but it is not updating. Still stickers are locked.
