I don’t know why this app has 4.8 review but looks like most of them are fake. App is flawed - I searched for the home I visited in my community and it doesn’t show in map view. Have to fill complete address to find the property. Secondly, I submitted an offer directly without an agent and it doesn’t show up. Customer care is a pin in the neck. Long wait times, they call you back but after a day or two and same with the email support. Finally, I have to put a real estate agent and submit an offer. And then I get rejected for 1 week prior move in and 100 day appliance warranty. Still waiting for the customer support representative to respond to my emails.
