Indirect Purchases

Indirect Purchases is the new app by Bonfiglioli Riduttori SpA for IPhone and IPad that offers to Bonfiglioli users an easier and simpler management of the approvals of the Purchase Requisitions and the Purchase Orders from your own mobile. No more paper documents and photocopies to approve purchase of goods and services internally to the Company. This mobile app is also available as Web version, offering full-screen operation and a practical handling of the attachments. Key features of Indirect Purchases are: • Manage your daily activities based on your own role through mobile ; • Go through Purchase Documents checking the key data without login to SAP; • Execute transactions such as requests, approvals, monitoring and checking data.

Note: to use Indirect Purchases, you have be an approving member of the workflow process in at least one of the requesting office of Bonfiglioli, with a valid and authorized SAP user and with the mobile services enabled by our IT department.
