The Whataburger iOS app suffers from persistent instability and unreliable ordering. Users repeatedly report crashes, failed or canceled orders, and payment issues (Apple Pay/debit). Marketing noise via push notifications and emails adds friction. The ordering flow is tainted by intrusive popups and a cumbersome checkout process. Rewards and loyalty features are frequently broken (missing options, rewards not loading, offers not applying). Overall, reliability and UX consistency are major concerns despite occasional notes of acceptable food and service.

I absolutely love Whataburger and the staff. I strongly recommend an expansion all around America and for these reasons. First, Whataburger is a big favorite in the southern states and has been very successful. Second, being from Texas, I have cherished it and I have many memories from the place. Third, Whataburger, has sponsored sports teams and events in the southern and has made a decent profit off of it. Some people may say Whataburger would shut down if it expanded, but Whataburger is very popular and is expanding to the east coast. That is why I think Whataburger is the best fast food restaurant and should grow.
