The Whataburger iOS app suffers from persistent instability and unreliable ordering. Users repeatedly report crashes, failed or canceled orders, and payment issues (Apple Pay/debit). Marketing noise via push notifications and emails adds friction. The ordering flow is tainted by intrusive popups and a cumbersome checkout process. Rewards and loyalty features are frequently broken (missing options, rewards not loading, offers not applying). Overall, reliability and UX consistency are major concerns despite occasional notes of acceptable food and service.

Recent reviews

No matter how many times I have closed and reopened the app, clicked on the "view rewards and offers" tab - and even opened each one... I CANNOT get the red notification bubble to clear!! SO frustrating. I have gone through all the account settings and anything else I could find or think of. I have updated the app, l've signed out, tried it all and I JUST want the bubble to go away!
