Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Works cleanly & designed well. I use it to allow me to dial just the last 4 digits of the needed extension in the hospital where I work, just like the old Palm Treos! Been looking for an app to do this for a long time!! I don't know why this option isn't built in to iOS, unless it's some sort of patent-issue.
