User Reviews

Bublup is praised for its visually rich, tile-based organization, easy nested folders, and cross-device syncing that centralizes content and reduces stress. It shines for personal, creative, and business use, including secure sharing. However, reviewers consistently cite high prices, a paid-only model, data-access risks if not subscribed, export limitations, and occasional stability/account issues on Apple devices. Overall, strong organizational power and aesthetics are tempered by pricing and data-access concerns.
Pros
  • Visually appealing, tile-based organization with nested folders
  • Powerful, flexible organization that keeps everything in one place and makes it easy to know where your stuff is
  • Cross-device syncing and quick access across iPhone, iPad, and other devices
  • Useful for business/clients with secure sharing and content management
  • Reduces mental load and provides peace of mind by centralizing content
Cons
  • High price and shift to a paid-only model (free tier removed)
  • Data access depends on subscription; you may not be able to download or access items without paying, with risk of data loss
  • Export/portability limitations; some data cannot be exported or retrieved
  • Stability and account-management issues on Apple devices; bugs, multi-account problems, support responsiveness concerns
  • Perceived abrupt price increases and communication about the pricing change

I wish it wasn’t so expensive but the visual tiles and ability to create folders within folders are why I use this over other productivity apps.

This app is awful. When you download things, if you do not buy their subscription you will not be able to download your things. I downloaded very important things, now I can’t get them. I thought I could just pay, but there is no support for yhis spo. I’m distressed, do not, I repeat do not load your things.

This app is AMAZING. Before I found it I used to save everything to my Home Screen, or paste links into Google Docs. Even though I organize things into folders on my Home Screen, I have so much stuff saved that my ADHD brain would get massively stressed opening my phone and seeing all the things I have to review, peruse, or take action on. Bublup to the rescue! I can hide everything within one app. And hiding things barely scratches the surface of what it can do. This is one of my essential apps for life.
