Recent reviews

1. Applications expire quickly 2. No message notifications even if all settings are turned on 3. Support is no help on fixing issues 4. App literally glitches and force closes when you attempt to use certain settings like favoriting a family 5. When booking or sending an application you are given ONLY the family’s last name but when messaging your given ONLY the family managers first name 6. Applications and messages are not connected so it’s very difficult to see information about the family or the booking and text them about bookings. This extremely basic app set up combined with the multitude of glitches makes me think they have hired an app manager that does not understand how to manage app set up or coding or how to fix simple issues.
