I’ve been using this app for a year and a half. I’ve experienced so many issues. It’s hard to know where to start. One of the most bothersome things is the print is so small and you cannot enlarge the screen. If you open the app and go to another app, you have to re-sign in every time you go back to the app even if it’s been seconds. The information in my accounts is often missing data so I can’t use it to verify transactions. I have to go to online banking on a computer. The technology for this bank is so frustrating and the customer service if you call in is typically not very friendly and has at times been downright rude. I would have thought after a year and a half there would have been some solid upgrades to the app but that is not the case. Any updates that have been made are not recognizable positive changes in the app.

Has been updated to address any issues we’ve had. Great app for business and the technical support works seamlessly with the banks regular customer support. ServisFirst is the best.
