JUST CLICK AND ASK ALEXA The free Aud Click App is a companion to your iLuv Aud Click, a Portable WiFi & Bluetooth Speaker with Amazon Alexa. This app will help you setup your device as well as enhanced its features. Interactions with the Aud Click will automatically be mirrored on your Amazon Alexa App, providing more information for your reference.

Simply click and ask Alexa to order pizza, call for an Uber, update news, and answer questions. Using the Aud Click, you can also set alarms, play music, generate weather reports, and a lot more. The Aud Click works with major services and stations, including but not limited to: amazon music, price music, tunein, iHeartRadio, and more.

DIRECTIONS To use full Alexa service, you need to download two apps: Aud Click app by iLuv and Alexa app by Amazon. During the set up process, you shall open Alexa app to set up account and come back to Aud Click app. Please understand that, as a third-party vendor, we have to follow guideline from Amazon.

Once connected to home Wi-Fi network and done with Alexa set up, you can stream your music, listen to radio stations, and have access to news and information, all through click and command.

My wife complained about this app and the speaker not being useable with her phone. Sometimes it would work, though - very randomly. So, I just chalked it up to something she was doing wrong. So, I tried it myself. Now I have to apologize to my wife for doubting her. This app is beyond garbage. I’m not even sure why it is the way it is, so I don’t even know how to criticize it. It simply doesn’t work. Home network connections: useless. Direct connections: useless. Why does it need to access my location? Why does it need ONE TO THREE MINUTES to connect? What technology is behind this? Does it email a human in some other country, who then has to check their email and respond by giving me access? Because honestly, that’s what it feels like. No device-to-device connection should ever take that long. 10-30 seconds MAX. And whoever reads this: don’t you dare try to blame my devices/network situation. No other app/device I’ve ever used has issues like this. You app and speaker are trash, and the speaker is going to e-waste asap. Goodbye!

When I first bought my iLuv speaker, it connected without a hitch. But since I recently moved (college life), it has never had a successful connection via Wi-fi, I can only use the Bluetooth operation. It’s a shame, as I’m sure maybe an update would help fix this but the last time this app was updated was 2 years ago!
