User Reviews

Users frequently report reliability problems in Rescue Network, with missed rescue calls due to notification failures and low-volume alerts a common theme. Many reviews describe instability—difficulty accepting rescues, logging out, password issues, and glitches post-update. GPS inaccuracies and misrouting are also noted, as is low pay relative to travel. However, some users acknowledge a usable interface, functional features, and fast, responsive customer service, with occasional praise for the chat feature. Overall, reliability issues dominate user sentiment.
Pros
  • Fast, responsive customer service
  • Usable interface and core functionalities
  • Chat feature addition appreciated
Cons
  • Missed calls due to notification issues (low volume, silent alerts, and unalerted calls)
  • App instability causing failures to accept rescues, login/logout problems, and pending/rescue issues
  • Glitches after updates, including password resets, account locks, and wiped features
  • GPS/location inaccuracies leading to wrong addresses or routes
  • Low pay and insufficient travel reimbursement for rescues

After upgrading to the most recent app version, I am no longer getting notifications for requests. I already ran the troubleshooting settings multiple times, it rings, but not for an actual call. Updates need to be fully tested before pushing to Customer base

I have all notifications enabled ringer/alerts volume on high and have the screen set not to lock and am still missing calls even with me scrolling through the phone. Developers need to address this issue

App doesn’t work most of the time, you swipe it away and it won’t notify you of calls. You have to leave it open
