| 2019-10-10 | MA***** | The Connect app is great. I use it almost everyday to tackle rudimentary tasks on the go. That way, when I’m at my desk, I can focus on my more challenging projects. My only issue with the app is that it doesn’t provide a seamless transition from the native app to EPAM’s other platforms. Using two-factor authentication and the need to enter my Microsoft office credentials each time is a pain. | |

| 2017-12-18 | Sa***** | For a while I’ve been using this app for Badges and Time keeping which is very convenient for me. EPAM introduced a new chat bot to help the average Zoe (see what I did there?) with questions, guides and internal search portals. I’ve always been nostalgic about chat scripts since the very first version of this tech like 1991’s Dr Sbaitso. Overall a very good step forward in the future of the nomadic traveling employee always on the move and one less dependency on the laptop and more focus on lighter smaller mobile platforms. Where things can be improved? Please include a Helpdesk app in future releases. A link is provided via global menu, using responsive web design. However, it doesn’t cover the same scalability. One of two solutions as I see it: 1) Either the mobile link needs a UI/UX improvement and better use of iOS/Android api, or 2) A custom app that has both service desk and customer side platforms, providing the same level of UX as the full desktop web versions currently have. I’m sure would be welcomed by both parties. | |
