Recent reviews

I paid safe custody charges twice but the app is failing to recognize it and keep applying towards credits/future bills. For the context, I tried to disconnect the service in June since my mother is temporarily visiting a different country. ACT fibernet chatbot showed me a option of “Safe custody charges” i paid Rs.708+ Rs.647 through safe custody again on July 10. Connection was still active, they kept this money in credits and silently used for August bill. I realized this in August and paid Rs.944 again in August, safe custody for 4 months! None of the times, they applied this safe custody. They keep saying they didnt receive safe custody request from my account, despite me paying twice and showing screenshot. This app is buggy and they refuse to address or solve my issue. Now they disconnected my connection and kept Rs.1000 in credits. They don’t refund bcs they don’t entertain such requests but happily keep the money you paid for service which they don’t want to honor. This app and their customer service is a joke! Pls stay away.
