Parents can manage accounts, apply for free or reduced meals, make payments, view purchase history, receive low balance alerts, and see menus with nutritional and allergen details. They can also set automatic payments and get push notifications when favorite items appear on the menu.

Students and staff can check daily menus, view nutrition and allergen info, use Make a Tray to build meals with combined nutrition totals, rate items, and favorite items to get alerts when they’re available. District administrators gain access to useful reports and analytics to manage users across districts. Note: SchoolCafé is available for participating schools only.
