Your Swifto walker will use their app to alert you when they have picked up and dropped off your dog, as well as GPS tracking the entire walk. This app is a cornerstone of Swifto bringing dog walking into the modern age. The Swifto app allows you to know exactly when your walk starts and ends, where your pup goes, and how the walk went. We only accept walkers that have professional experience in caring for dogs. Our walkers are knowledgeable, passionate and driven. They are college educated and insured as well.

My local pet sitters were acquired by these guys and went from having an excellent app to this trash. This “app” is just a web wrapper to their site and hasn’t been updated for a modern device in 8 years. The web app itself is incredibly janky and barely functional. Swifto should probably get their own house in order before trying to expand more.

Swifto has been one of the best companies I’ve had the pleasure of being apart of. I was a dog walker here and I met some amazing dogs and pet parents who I truly miss. They are very responsive and always go above and beyond to help their walkers and pet parents as well. They take hiring the best walkers very serious and also provide training to ensure their dog walkers are good at what they do. I felt comfortable working there. I don’t work there anymore but if I had the chance to go back I would :)
