2026-08-03	Mi*****	Unfortunately, if you don’t agree to giving the app the “full experience” by giving it location access and a few other things, it’s pretty useless. It shouldn’t have that kind of dependency just to work. Sick of these companies “demanding” telemetry or not letting you use their apps otherwise. Will likely return the product because of this.

2026-08-03	la*****	I just got the sprocket and I’m trying to use it and my Bluetooth says it’s connected to the printer but the app is saying there’s an issue connecting. I was so excited to use it.

2026-08-01	Su*****	I have Never been Abled to use this printer from Day 1.. on any of our phones . My husband got at Best Buy for me & so mad now that 2 years later I still can’t print my first picture!!! Nor can I return it.. was hoping it would eventually work , but NOPE!!
