D&W Pharmacy

I tried creating an account many times. I added my email, password, and it doesn’t recognize them when I log in and cycles me back to creating a new acct. I tried with a 2nd email and same thing. Called their helpline twice and it says someone will call back but I haven’t been able to talk to anyone to address the problem. I take 25 medications and rely on pharmacies to respond in an appropriate amount of time. The actual pharmacy is great but this app is useless at this point. 0/10. Clicked on “app support” here below review and the website doesn’t work at all.

This shouldn’t be rocket science. Locked out of account because it never remembers password. Did forgot password, still locked out. Deleted app. Reloaded app. Tried different email. Said another account active. Tried putting in the quick refill available in the grocery app. That didn’t work either.
