However, the app frequently ruins the experience due to bugs, lag, and crashes, plus persistent connectivity and setup problems. Updates often regress features like scheduling, and the UI feels outdated and hard to use. None of my saved installations are there. All of my custom designs are gone. Edits to scenes don’t get applied. It’s a mess. A hot hot mess.

Opened the app to use my lights, app wasn’t working, checked the update log just to find out that was intentional as they have removed support for the lights I own for an unknown amount of time while they work on a “better” app that nobody asked for. Great move guys, I love not being able to use the product I bought. I’ve learned my lesson and will be replacing these with lights that don’t primarily rely on a smartphone app once they wear out.
