The app is so bad that myself, and even our local CoStar rep, use the website over the app on our iPads. Just make it support the same functionalities as the website, duh.

Poor company that operates a monopoly. Make no mistake, co star sees its paying customers value thru data extortion. The second they feel you are not abiding by their authoritarian rule. They will start by constantly reminding you with pops ups you are forced to accept. They truly operate like the jealous bully. If they conducted a poll of their user base, I would guess over 80% would say they despise the platform.

Complete waste of money - the data is mediocre at best - terrible company. You cannot trust them. You will find more value out of almost any of their competitors. Their "customer last" attitude would have killed their company already if they weren't so litigious against their competitors.
