2022-02-02	86*****	App works on the phone most the time but about 30% percent of the time it either will not connect to the system or it will pump for about 1 minute then disconnect completely leaving you to have to restart the process over. We have about 70 people set up to operate Fuelcloud I would say 4-5 of us even still bother with the app. It’s not with the time of having it on your phone. Their billing for Fuelcloud is a joke. They will soon be charging $95 a month for the service with no discounts to pay up to a year in advance. I also just changed my subscription and found out they do no prorate a subscription. So if upgrade my subscription 1 day or 1 month before it expires I will loose this prepaid subscription and it will start over on the day I upgraded. This is asinine they could change this but they do not care.
