The design of this app is very inconvenient for users and the tokens doesnt refresh even after i relaunch the app! Even a high school student can design an app better than this

This and Voalte are the worst healthcare apps I’ve used so far, and l’ve used some real stinkers. It took me a month to jump through all the hoops to set this up, vs. VIP access which took me 5 minutes. Shockingly bad.
