Credit One Bank Mobile

I have to say no other credit card company wanted to help me get my credit back on track and Credit One Bank gave me that chance. I love their customer support team too! Every agent I have ever spoken to has been so kind, helpful, supportive, knowledgeable and friendly. Not to mention they are fast they have never told me “no” to anything I ask. I lost a job I was out of work for 4 weeks no paycheck for 8 weeks straight and all I had to live off of was my credit card. I knew when I signed up I would have a high interest rate and an APR, so when I only make a min payment and it makes my balance still negative I can’t help but be even grateful that they let me keep it through all of that. I’m back to work and on my feet again and I’m paying off my outstanding balance I owe them. Do you know if I owe money even if it’s only a min payment the representatives don’t treat you any differently then if you have a zero balance and don’t owe anything. I love this bank it’s my only credit card, yes I’m paying a lot for it but honestly given the care and flexibility from them it’s worth keeping this card. I’m sure s year from now I’ll look back like wow but I’m not there yet so thank you credit one bank! Especially your kind employees who assist me by phone and online who are an outstanding bunch! Great job to the HR team for hiring such a wonderful group of people who no matter what show they are there to help and are all great at their jobs. A plus service, 5 stars a 10 all the way!

If there is a way to cancel a payment, there is not easy way to find this. I paid out of an incorrect acct and can’t cancel the payment to abound NSF.
