It doesn’t let me log in. The screen never changes. When I tried to create an account, I kept getting an error.

Admittedly, I am not great with computers, but this site is awful to figure out. I have asked several coaches how they do it and many say “I just schedule all my matches to be away so I don’t have to deal with it”. I spend a lot of time calling the help line. (They are great but the site is terrible.
