How it works: take a photo with your smartphone, select a category (e.g., Garbage dump, Garbage vehicle not arrived, Dustbins not cleaned, Public toilets cleaning, blockages, no water/electricity, etc.), the app captures location, and submits the complaint to the relevant sanitary inspector/engineer. You can vote on other issues, receive push updates with status and resolution images, and reopen a complaint if you’re not satisfied.
