I can't even get past verifying my phone#! I get a "something has gone wrong" message asking me to contact them if I need support. Then when trying to contact support I get a message stating the site cannot be reached. Not a good way to start a customer relationship.

Requires you to submit personal information (phone number and analytics) simply to participate in a loved ones memorial service. This company should be ashamed of this practice and offer ways for service providers to pay for this service without the need to collect and distribute my private data.
